Chronic inaccuracy (30-50% discrepancies from carrier data), deceptive pricing model (paid app with subscription paywalls for advertised features), no multi-device support, and broken core functionality (tracking stops, notifications don't work)

App doesn’t track data properly. Purchased this app at inception with themes, etc; now there’s a subscription cash grab 😡.

I installed DataMan to help guard against overage charges. It consistently shows I’ve used much less data than my carrier says. As of right now, my carrier indicates I’ve used 75% of my monthly limit. DataMan says 46%

2 stars because I like the clean look of the app but feels like they’re operating under bad faith by charging $1 for the app and then keeping most features behind a subscription paywall.

What’s wrong? It hasn’t moved off zero in two weeks, and there’s really nothing but one basic screen to the app, nowhere to look for answers. No options anywhere I can see, and I paid for this. Not good.
