The programs themselves are ok, but good lord I can’t even access anything without being absolutely bombarded with pleas, cajoling, and shaming into buying upgrades. I’d be better off writing poses on a deck and playing 52 card pickup. Deleted.

Basic chair yoga is fine, but deceptive website tricks you into buying extra subscriptions, and won't refund even an hour after purchase.
