This game is really fun and I’ve been playing it for years but all of a sudden I have been banned for back to back weeks with no explanation. And when I try to reach out to customer service for help to appeal my suspension I don’t hear anything back.

DO NOT RETURN THE REWARD IS GETTING A SCREEN THAT IS FROZEN WHEN U PRESS RACE, have a alt account that I supported the game on and it’s all gone as well all bescaude of this stupid bug, pls fix this buggg broooooooo fix it.

Then delete the game and after that I can play one or two races but the problem always come back and it freezes every single time then I can not play at all
