You press scan and nothing shows up. I’ve tried multiple times to reset and nothing. Can’t believe you literally can’t use the app, and after I started a free trial for an 80 dollar subscription lol insane
Not very user friendly. Especially exporting Too many clicks for simple actions

Can’t export to excel as said on app description
As soon as I uploaded 100 business cards the app crashed. Even after deleting everything on the app, I cannot upload any new ones because it crashes each time I try.
The app stores says it will store in Contacts (IOS IPAD) but you absolutely CANNOT. At best, it will export info to OUTLOOK. What a Sham product.
Had been my go to app for contacts for a year+ but now when I scan cards, I no longer have the option to add contact and the pic doesn’t save. Not sure it it’s an app version or recent IOS update but no longer usable (I tried deleting and reinstalling). Tried app support but it just takes me to FA...
