I wish something could be done so that a broker didn’t have to schedule shipping. It makes it a huge pain that is completely unnecessary. It’s amazing. We are allowed to bid on the cars but not schedule shipping.

Very difficult to find were to cancel appt already pick up
It will be nice for the transporter to be able to pay the storage charge in the app. Maybe the same limit like in person for a cash transaction $500 max. And add more spaces here in texas you have to make your appointments 2 days before. By the time we pick up theres lot of storage accumulate.
IF IAA CAN KEEP WORK ORDERS ON THEIR APP SO CAN YALL
Better instructions for lot location and access would be great! Oklahoma City was terrible and then couldn’t get a hold of the office.. went to Colorado and Tulsa twice before I got okc..but over now and car was loaded
