I like how it functions not too thrilled on how the Bluetooth connection is pretty weak but connected to the Wi-Fi and it works great. However, every it doesn’t hold the password and memory. So every time I want to use it I have to reconnect it. Enter the password and it’s a bit of a pain.

Connects, disconnects, can’t re connect. Why would I use something that stops working half way through the cook?

Your update sucks. App says need to update firmware on the hub. Tried for 30 minutes and it wouldn’t update. Do better or returning to Costco
