AI inaccuracy and poor customer service.
"AI guesses are often wrong, and support is useless."

The lag on this app when trying to add or scan food is a mess, other than that I love it
The app is telling me my daily calories for goals is 240. That is insane. It is confusing if that is per meal or per day. Just not sustainable or accurate.
To be fair, the app is great. But the customer service is the worst. They have now charged me 3 times for one yearly subscription and then they act clueless about it. They now refuse to even respond to emails after unauthorized charges to my card. 4 stars for the app, 0 stars for robbing me and play...
Constantly having to adjust macros for the food in the picture and adjusting the name for the food pictured. But, I paid for it for a year so hoping it gets better.
Ai generated that me losing 1 pound a week would be eating 1,188 calories a day. That would be crazy dramatic weight loss. 1,200 calories would be closer to 2-2.5 pounds a week. Had this for about 2 months. Groups feature disappeared after upgrading to family plan. Instead of upgrading, charged me a new plan so paid 2x in one year.
The app had my goal daily calories at 470. I had set the “speed” of weight loss to the middle recommended. When I changed the speed to slower the recommended daily calories was 720. That’s insane!
