Advertised as free, but if you want to schedule posts you have to pay after 12 free posts. Spent over an hour connecting my accounts due to the free advertisement, only to find out after that you only get 12 posts. Ridiculous!

Seems like you can’t actually post to multiple channels in the app? It looks like you can and then once you’ve scheduled it it all of a sudden has removed your second channel.

App barely functions. Delayed posts. Some don’t post at all. Bad connection issues constantly. Website works great. Fix the app, please. Posting 6x a day is a lot easier when I can use my phone.

I tried connecting my accounts through facebook because on Instagram you can tie all your accounts to your FB and post but buffer absolutely bombed on this part. I try to do it an it just takes me to my IG page without connecting anything. All this app does is give you a headache. Like I have now

Fix your App Buffer! It won’t even load. The website works but not this stupid App.

This app is great but lately every single time I try to use the create feature I get a notice that my video is in the wrong aspect for YouTube shorts when it is indeed in the correct aspect. Ruins the entire app.

Sadly the customer support, replies and assistance from Buffer are abysmal. Numerous posts not showing up - no response for days, then a ‘we’re aware but don’t know when it’ll be fixed’. Probably the worst social media management options out there :(
