Works Poorly without membership
I have the monthly quality wash program. Go ahead and try to figure out how to upgrade to the super poly wash now. None of the options explain what they are and they certainly don’t align to the names of the washes you offer. Why make it difficult, just keep the same names…So stupid!

Tried to sign up, but the verification code never came. Couldn’t proceed. So dumb
Apparently, I have no choice to give less than 4 stars. That’s an interesting approach. I do not understand the app . You make it difficult yet I remain a customer.
Never makes it past the email verification even with multiple emails.
I can’t even add a new vehicle to my garage. I will be deleting the app… AGAIN!!!
My husband and I both have the unlimited plan for our vehicles, but only one of us is allowed to be logged in on a device for 30 days. So unless we’re together, one of us can’t wash our cars - it’s so frustrating!
