No customer support, constant crashes in settings/editing, and poor sync reliability across devices

"App crashed every time I go to settings"
I have very common Tanganyikans, only 1 of them are in the database. The canister filter section doesn’t even have a single canister filter to choose from. You can’t even manually input your fish. Worthless.
Downloaded the app today for $9.99, selected yearly another $9.99 so my wife and I can both have access. App crashed every time I go to settings, I have basic freshwater fish, none of which in your data base. Basic plants, not in database, fluval filter not in your database. Higher end food, not in...
Customer service is horrible, non existent. I’m a paid subscriber can’t access my account - says can’t find my subscription. Contacted customer service three times and have heard nothing. Absolute trash.
I really wanted to like this app, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. It’s super buggy, constantly glitching, and doesn’t seem to support freshwater tanks very well at all. The UI feels outdated and clunky, not intuitive at all. I reached out for support and got nowhere—pretty unhelpful overall. ...
I have mollies, school of leopard bush fish, and a axolotl, all in separate tanks. None of which is found on the app. Very disappointed. Or options to add different species.
I just paid $10 for this and when you click settings, it crashes. Then when I went to search for my fish, it doesn’t even have my Candy Cane Tetras in the database. I even tried all the other nicknames and the scientific name. Nothing. I’ve owned this app for 10 min, and I can’t get my money back.
Hard to understand Very Limited Fish Directory
Whenever I go to edit livestock the app closes. This is on an iPhone 14+. No problem entering new values in parameters but part of the attraction of the app for me was to have everything available and uptodate. Unfortunately, I may have to seek out alternative options.
