What Users Really Think About Apartment Guide Home Rentals

I continue to get notifications that are out of my budget.

False advertising by woods springs suites in Bakersfield, California. They have it listed at $899 but then when I called the receptionist says $1300 for 28 days with a $200 deposit. If that ain’t fraudulent I don’t know what is !!!

Just like the other apartment apps they provide false or outdated info. We scheduled a virtual tour, must have been a bot, then received a message stating no tours available along with a giant price difference.

Won’t allow me to save my searched homes…

The only people that have gotten back to me have been trying to scam me . What kind of site is this ?

if you’re looking for an apartment, don’t use this app they just are scams that are run by realtors. They want you to keep filling out applications on the app and it makes your credit go down and you never get a call back. It’s a horrible horrible app.

Its terrible. Terrible pictures and very limited listings
