Confusing interface and lack of effective customer support.

"Customer service is nonexistent, they just ignore you."

They are lying about being able to cancel auto-renew in account settings! Told them to cancel per their instructions, never got a response and they charged my card anyway. The contact information given is fake and there is no help on their support page. Don’t get ripped off like I did!

Dark mode is messed up. That alone is a deal breaker for me. But also the app doesn’t look that good. And it’s yet another application asking for subscription fees. No thanks

When are you going to sort out the ability to import a.CSV file?? I have tried all sorts of waves to import a file like that and have it automatically converted to a target language. It’s extremely frustrating.
