The app stopped counting my calories on workouts. What happened?

Updated, app restarts, asks to login, and once again it doesn’t recognize my username and password. Trying out Strava!

I’ve been having technical issues with my log in and premium features for about 5 months. And have yet to get any type of resolution from support.

Usually have to send emails to get it fixed. Customer service just said re-login, do other syncing, and waiting but they always fail.

So was working great but after the recent IOS Apple Watch update, the app continues to glitch when jogging and constantly drains Apple Watch battery until watch shuts off. Goes from 100-10 within 8-10min into jog smh!!
